Breath It All In, Love It All Out...

It's been an interesting couple of weeks of internal existential evolution. The thought that summarized my internal processing was from the beautiful film PS: I Love You (still need to read the book). (Semi-spoiler alert:) There's a line said by Kathy Bate's character (the mother in the film):

"So now, all alone or not, you gotta walk ahead. Thing to remember is if we're all alone, then we're all together in that too."

This line became my mantra, over the last few weeks, "if we're all alone, then we're together in that too." Sometimes during life we hit those points of deep and unresolved loneliness. These, like any other part of our journey, are just a moment. Though that does not make it any less valid or effective.

Sometimes when our soul aches the most that is the moment when we need to empty our self of our internal judgments and allow ourselves to just be. Then allow those around us to exist with us in that transient/transitional place. Life is never as complicated as it seems. It may be hard, yes, but life is a journey and a destination unknown. One must simply live it. Good times and hard times, moments of exponential existential growth and moments of hedonistic bliss, whether angry, joyful or "blah" each emotion is a space which must be recognized and appreciated for the growth it offers.
